What are BRF Bands?
BRF stands for Blood Flow Restriction Training. It's a style of training that lets you use higher reps and lighter weights to increase muscle growth while wearing these compression straps.
Does BRF Training work?
Everyone is different but I have found that I have gotten faster results while using them. Hundreds of studies have confirmed that low-intensity exercise with BFR is as effective or more effective for promoting muscle growth and strength gains compared to high- and low-intensity exercise without BFR.
How to use them?
You can use them on your legs or arms and do pretty much any exercise with them. You won't even notice that you have them on when placed on properly.
Arms: The bands should be placed right into your armpit
Legs: The band should be just right under the fold between your glutes and hamstrings on your backside.
